
A Few Words About Michael.
As my clients can attest, I emphasize improving mobility and mastering technique, which allows them to enjoy living. My initial tools of choice are bands, the TRX, and VIPR. These help people become comfortable with challenging movements and allows for progression into more demanding strength training.
In addition, my coursework in functional neurology is useful in helping individuals reduce any acute or chronic pain that they may experience.
Finally, with a background in competitive running, I offer that expertise for those trying to improve their endurance and stamina.
When not with clients, I'm often running trails and roads in preparation for cross country and trail races. If I'm looking for a change of pace, you'll find me stand up paddle boarding and bike riding.
