I have been receiving expert trainer support twice a week in my physical workouts from Michael Peyron for 10 years.  I have benefited from his optimism and intelligence.  He has positively shared his own physical fitness as a runner and his wish to keep up both with the world at large as well as  with new information in exercise physiology and neurology.  He is always looking to educate himself to bring more to the table for his clients.  This translates as an ability to deal beautifully with specific health and physical requirements of his clients.  He has seen me through several years of a damaged knee and then a partial knee replacement, targeting his workouts intelligently and sensitively to things that I could do that would not affect my damaged joint during that time.  He helped me with my continued rehab after I was discharged from formal physical therapy, researching different approaches that would be suitable for me.  He has continued this during COVID 19, developing video workouts that have translated into better physical health for me.  Because he is a runner, he has also introduced me to some of the lovely country and suburban trails not far from Boston which are great for safely walking and exercising in the great outdoors.  As an older still active physician who has had her health maintained with his assistance for the past 10 years, I admire his kindness and dedication.

Personal Training at Your Gym or Home

It has been my pleasure to work with Michael for the past five years. Thanks to his workouts I feel fit and strong, with great mobility and balance. These strengths help me play tennis at a competitive level as I age, with no injuries! Due to his commitment to fitness education, Michael can explain in depth the purpose of each exercise that we do, and design exercises tailored to meet my competitive goals.
